Alyssa Drespling

School Administrative Director

Mrs. Drespling came to us in February 2020 with over 15 years of Early Childhood teaching and administration experience. She maintains her current PA state teaching certification, as well as has completed her State Director Certification, and has earned both her Bachelors in Elementary education and her Masters in Curriculum & Instruction with a Reading Specialist emphasis.

Patricia Bruce

Lead Teacher 4/5 Pre-K Class

Patty Bruce is the Lead Teacher for the 4/5-year-old Pre-Kindergarten program. This is her second year at PHL Pre-K, but her 9th year teaching early childhood education and her 21st year as an educator.

Gail Ryan is the Assistant Teacher for the 4/5-year-old program. Beginning her journey with PHLP in 2020, she brings with her over 20 years of teaching experience as a teacher’s assistant.

Theresa Wilkinson

Head Teacher / Lead Teacher both 3's and 2.5 classes

Theresa Wilkinson is one of our Lead Teachers for the 3 year-old and 2.5 year preschool programs, as well as PHLP's Head Teacher. This is her 6th year at PHL Pre-K and she loves being part of helping children grow stronger in every way.

Melissa Williams

Assistant 2.5 teacher / Head Substitute / 3's Enrichment Teacher

Melissa Williams began her role with us new for the 2020-21 second semester. She is excited to work at PHLP, and looks forward to continuing to increase her roles here at PHLP. She began first as a substitute and 3 yr class aide, and has increased her roles here at PHLP for the 21-22 school year.
